As you may be aware, we suffered an unfortunate 3-0 loss to Supersport united on Wednesday 14 September, but I can guarantee you our supporters that we are still holding our heads high. We have a good team here and I am glad to be working with such an encouraging crop of players.
The game was a tough one and some of the players played very poorly. My defense had a lot of mistakes and unfortunately Supersport capitalized on them.
I would add that it had nothing to do with the fact that it was an away game, but simply the defense opened up at the back and that is how we conceded most of the goals.
The players didn’t work hard enough as a team; hence we had a few chances and thereof did not make use of them.
Overall it is back to the drawing board and I am still massively encouraging the players and from there things will hopefully start happening for us.
