Xakane made his top-flight debut against Orlando Pirates in the opening round of Absa Premiership matches and showed why he was a permanent fixture for Leopards last season.



Strong in the tackle and quick enough to monitor wingers, he has proven that he will stand the test of time in the PSL.
The jersey number 3 defender has had 15 starts to the season and has yet to be cautioned by the man with the whistle.
Such a record makes him a dark horse of the team and plays a role that can be compared to the greatest players in the world like (Paolo Maldini).

Should he continue to play with such persistence and consistency then who knows what heights he may reach, maybe even Pitso Mosimane (senior national coach) might want to lay an eye on him.
