All stand and clap for the only team representing South Africa in the CAF Confederations in Africa, the one and only Black Leopards.

Lidoda Duvha as affectionately known are still flying the South African flag high in the CAF competition. They advanced by drawing in the first leg with Motor Action of Zimbabwe and beating them in their home ground by 2-0 margin to earn a place in the first round of the competition.

They then pulled out of the hat Saint Eloi Lupopo of the Democratic Republic of Congo as their next opponents.

Saint Eloi Lupopo are no strangers to the CAF competition, they have a total of 4 appearances in the competition. They bowed out in the second round in the year 2005, came back on the following year of 2006 to once again get knocked out in the group stages this time around. Their next showing was in 2011 where they got knocked out in the First round of 16

Locals will remember St Eloi Lupopo with their achievement of lifting the Vodacom Challenge trophy back in 2002. In this edition of the CAF, St Eloi Lupopo beat Nchanga Rangers with a 3-0 aggregate then went on to win with the away goal rule against Sofapaka in a 2-2  draw after two legs.

The Lubumbashi based team play their home games at Stade de la Victoire but will face Black Leopards away from home in the first leg.

In form comparison Black Leopards have won 3, and lost 2 in the past five matches. While St Eloi Lupopo has won 2, drawn 2 and lost 1.

The first leg will be at Giyani Stadium tomorrow 24 March 2012 kick-off at 15:00pm and then it will be away to Stade de la Victoire for the return leg on the 6th April 2012.
